Shipping policy
SHIPPING
• Once payment is received, Processing and shipping time for all orders takes 12 working days, this excludes weekends and holidays . This means your order will be shipped on or before the 12th business day.
• Customer must provide accurate shipping and delivery information to enable us meet up with the set delivery time.
• Udianna does not deliver orders to P.O.Box.
• Please note delivery time for orders maybe delayed during the release of a new collection, restock of items that sold out and during sales periods.
• Please kindly note that we offer a refund only and return policy for sales items, we are unable to offer exchanges.
• Any order placed over the weekend after 2pm on Friday will be processed from Monday.
Once and order is placed, Udianna will send you a confirmation email. You order is not concluded without a confirmation email. Please contact us if you did not get a confirmation mail. You will also receive a notification with shipping carrier and tracking number that indicates that your order has been shipped .
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
• Delivery rates for all Domestic orders are low.
• We ship through DHL express.
• In the event of possible delay in shipping due to national holidays, an email will be sent to you to notify you.
• In cases where a customer wants to return an item or items, the shipping cost for returns is solely the responsible of the customer. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
• Receipt of returned merchandise is not guaranteed.
Please note that returns/exchanges can only be made via mail. Our facility will only receive items that are delivered through courier services such as FedEx, DHL Express or UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Please carefully check and confirm your address and contact details.
• In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be shipped again and you will be charged another shipping fee.
• Udianna is not and will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier company has marked your package as delivered.
• You have agreed to our full shipping, delivery and return policy once you complete your purchase with us.
• Udianna is not responsible for customs duties and taxes that may apply at any point in time or location. All customers are solely responsible for all applicable customs fee, duties and taxes.
• Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on you package.
• We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.
• Due to customs clearance procedures, international orders may experience delay beyond the original estimated delivery time.
